A lovely place for a break with family or as a couple. It’s well cared for, with a great pool, fishing lakes, and a playground that kids and adults can enjoy. The tourist spots are close by by car, and it’s pet friendly. I always bring my dog, who feels completely at ease. Elaine, Marcos, and family, thank you for welcoming us so warmly. The owners are wonderful hosts.

I picked this family run pousada so my pet could come along on our trip, and it couldn’t have worked out better. It’s a little away from the city bustle but easy to reach, with great facilities and a warm welcome for both people and pets. Even if you need to work while you’re there, the internet signal won’t be a problem. I managed all my meetings with my camera on and had no freezing.

We spent the November 15 holiday here with my fiancé, and it was SENSATIONAL! Socorro has beautiful places to see, but the Recanto was so lovely that I hardly wanted to leave. Breakfast and afternoon coffee were wonderful, and just thinking about the esfirras we ate makes my mouth water. The atmosphere was welcoming, the owners were attentive, and the suites were well equipped and organized. We’ll definitely be back. The place already has a little piece of my heart because that’s where I got engaged! As a bonus, I received a bouquet of beautiful flowers from the owners’ garden. What a happy time we had there! ❤️❤️❤️

We felt completely at home, thanks to the wonderful family who runs the place and welcomed us with so much warmth. It’s a lovely, cozy spot, kept in very good condition. There’s a fishing lake, hammocks for relaxing, and a pool with a beautiful view. Breakfast was very good too. We hope to return soon and definitely recommend it.
