Clean, quiet, and simple, with a cozy feel. The price was low and the stay was worth it.

I only stayed because I had no other option. It was expensive and felt like Carandiru.

The room was spotless and smelled lovely. At Hotel Castelinho, Dona Fernanda and Val looked after me so warmly that it felt like my own mother was caring for me. They’re kind, strong, hardworking, attentive people. The night staff member who greeted me in the morning was also so friendly, though I can’t remember her name. I felt at home and will definitely come back with my team when we’re in this area.

Great price for a quick stay. It’s a basic place, but the service was good and so was breakfast.

There was loud music at 6 in the morning, the shared bathroom was dirty, and breakfast had no hygiene at all. Pretty alarming.
