Breakfast was included, and there’s a restaurant inside the hotel. It’s pet friendly, with free coffee and water available 24 hours a day. The internet connection was good. I had a good stay at Eden Park Hotel: the staff were very nice and kind, and my room was great, with a large comfortable bed, TV, fridge, and a lovely bathroom.

My wife and I planned our trip around the Sorocaba marathon and booked well in advance. When we got to our room, the card slot that controls the electricity was faulty, so the power kept cutting out. What’s shocking is how unprepared and careless the hotel was, knowing it would receive a lot of guests for the event but not doing preventive maintenance. The device had been taped in place, which shows a serious lack of care. A serious hotel wouldn’t use makeshift fixes and risk guests missing their commitments. Luckily, we were able to get another room. If we hadn’t, we would have lost the trip and the race, then had to drive off in the middle of the night while tired. Terrible!

Terrible hotel. The shower only had cold water, there were no hangers, breakfast was very poor with little variety, and the TV was hard to turn on. The price was like a 4-star hotel.
