The customer service was helpful and the rooms were okay, but I wouldn’t come back. The gym isn’t very good, the air conditioning was broken, and it was hard to keep the shower at a consistent temperature.

I loved our stay. The room was big and had a kitchen, the shower had a strong flow, and breakfast was very good. I came with a baby and they provided a crib. The hotel service was very good too. Nothing to complain about.

I’m trying to get in touch with the hotel but haven’t been able to. I need to clarify something: this site says parking is free, but a friend told me it costs R$ 26 reais per night. Could someone please confirm?

Breakfast and dinner were a real highlight, with plenty of choice, good flavor, and lovely presentation. The hotel itself is new and very well kept, and everything was spotless. The staff were consistently polite and eager to help. I had an excellent stay and would definitely come back. Highly recommend it.

This was one of the worst stays I've had during my many trips to Sorocaba. The hotel was empty, but when we asked for two wine glasses, the attendant refused to lend them, even though we could see they were available. I even asked whether we could pay to use them, and they still wouldn't help. I can't recommend this place, and we won't be back.
