Oriental Hotel

There was a mini-fridge but not even a bottle of water, and I couldn't take my medicine. The room had no ventilation, just a tiny window and a fan. I don't recommend it.

The accommodation worked really well for me, and the service was exceptional. It was an ideal place to rest. The location is very good too, right next to Padaria Real, famous for its coxinha, and close to everything.

The location is the main draw. The room was comfortable and practical, with a rustic look. Breakfast was bread with butter and coffee, though I can't remember if there was milk. There was nowhere to sit, so you take it back to your room. The pizza downstairs at the inn was excellent.

The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the location is convenient for buses and close to Padaria Real, the best bakery nearby. If you get the front room with a balcony, it may be worth it for one night. It's spacious but stuffy, with an old tube TV and satellite dish. The shower is low and barely puts out any water. Three of the room's five outlets looked partly melted, with black marks, which made me uneasy. Breakfast was coffee with milk, margarine, and very poor-quality bread, with no place to sit. Oddly, the bread from the inn was bad even though Padaria Real is so close.
