Tomorrowland itself was an awful experience for me in Sorocaba, but the hotel was the best part of that weekend. The location was AMAZING, and being able to walk to the huge, new, really nice mall was a big bonus. Everyone was so warm and welcoming. My six nights were split across three reservations because my plans kept changing, but they let me stay in the same room the whole time. That was such a relief, since I didn't have to keep moving. At check-in, the man helping me was incredibly efficient, even though it was his first week on the job. I wish I'd caught his name. Hats off to him and whoever trained him. The staff went above and beyond. Breakfast was exceptional, and when I wanted a double espresso but couldn't find it on the coffee machine, they offered to make one fresh for me each day. I'd happily stay here again and recommend the hotel to anyone visiting Sorocaba.

The gym is open 24/7, and the rooms are spacious. It's a safe area, right across from Iguatemi shopping centre, with easy access to most business offices in town. Breakfast is very nice, with a fair variety of food. The waiters are lovely at both breakfast and dinner.

Alan was awesome at the bar, really polite too. The hotel is great, with healthy breakfasts and seriously good value. Great location in a lovely city. A rooftop pool would make it the best.

The buffet breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. My room was clean but tiny. There was barely anywhere in the bathroom for toiletries, so most of mine had to stay on the desk. I couldn't find a spot to open my suitcase fully, and the closet was too short for my pants to hang straight. The bathroom smell was one of the worst parts. It was VERY bad every time I went in, and seemed to be coming from the toilet, though I'm not sure where it actually came from.

My wife and I spent two nights here just after Christmas. We had a nice room with a very large bed, and the shower has an unusual design that lets you see the whole room. The front desk staff speak English. One employee was rude to us. We raised it with the manager, Edmar, who listened, understood the problem, and worked with us to sort it out. We could recommend staying here.
