Hotel Golden Park Sorocaba & Convenções - by Nacional Inn

The team is what made this hotel especially good. Many thanks to the professional staff, Erica, Jéssica, Marcela, Pedro, Vinicius, Vitória e Wendel. I’d recommend the place.

The restaurant food was really good, and the kitchen staff were amazing. Thanks to Jesse and the ladies who made lunch comfortable for me and both kids. It felt like two completely different places. The rest of the service was very poor. We were there with two 3-year-olds, the minibar was empty, and we had to go pick up our own drinks and snacks. Nobody could bring extra towels to the room. Once, I got locked out while carrying one of the kids, wet from the pool and crying. No one brought another key or checked the cameras to see how desperate I was, and there were no phones in the corridors. When I asked the man at reception if that was the service, he said, “it is what it is,” which felt very rude. We left that same afternoon. The pool was the only other good thing, though it was a bit dirty.

I was worried about not speaking Portuguese, but Pedro, Francyelle, Andre and Emilly helped me so much that I forgot my worries. I really appreciate their work. I stayed at hotel Golden park for almost four months and give it five stars. The rooms and amenities were good, the dining was wonderful, the food was delicious, and the facilities were very well maintained. What stood out most was the service. Everyone I met was friendly, professional and ready to help, and the team clearly takes pride in making guests’ stays memorable. I’d happily recommend Golden park and hope to return soon.

Rodrigo provided great service.
