Hotel Jardim Emilia

The hotel is practically across from the bos, hospital de olhos. My room was spotless and smelled fresh, and the bed was comfortable. I felt very welcome. The receptionist was great, got me registered as soon as I arrived, and explained all the details. Breakfast was really nice too. Anyone thinking of staying here can go without worrying about regretting it.

We booked for four people: the single room was fine, which is why I’m giving two stars, but the room meant for three had bedding and towels for only two. That was careless, since the reservation clearly covered three people there. Communication also needs work. When we checked in Friday, nobody explained how to open the gate. We arrived at 11 p.m. Saturday and the entrance was closed. The confirmation message did say the gate closed earlier, but we still couldn’t get the car into the garage because no one had told us where the remote was kept. I sent a message and got a reply in the morning. The receptionist was very rude in the way he spoke to me. They should make the gate hours clear and explain how to enter the garage by car when nobody is there. I won’t be back.

The location is great, close to the eye hospital, and the breakfast included was really tasty. Hotel jardim Emília was cozy and very clean, with a good price and attentive service. I can say for sure you won’t regret staying here.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location near BOS. The place is bad, and the employees were rude, looking annoyed as if helping us were some kind of favor. Without that location, they’d be out of business.
