The views here are breathtaking, and the hotel is huge. There are so many food options that it's hard to imagine not finding something you like, from local regional dishes to Italian and French favorites. The staff were outstanding and always smiling and ready to help. Thanks to Gil for organizing and supporting a life-changing visit to the Pataxós, Alexander for the great drinks, and Jones for looking after us at meals and sharing local history. Allana and Bento made us feel so welcome and were lovely to talk with. Bianca also checked in to see how our stay was going. That kind of team really makes the difference at Club Med compared with anywhere else. Axé!

The team made this trip so memorable, and Bianca, the Chef de Village, seemed to be everywhere, checking that guests were happy and bringing a real sense of community. Her warmth and leadership came through in the whole team's welcoming, joyful atmosphere. Máximo and Mari made check-in easy with a warm welcome, while Toddynho brought fun and energy to the activities and made everyone feel included. Juli at the Mini Club was caring and full of joy, and the kids clearly adored her. Victor Hugo always had a good drink ready and a friendly chat at the bar. Luã at the spa explained the treatments and made for lovely conversation. Negresco kept everyone motivated with his contagious energy, and Ali at the pool bar made sure we had what we needed in the sun. Everyone went above and beyond. The resort sits on stunning cliffs above a pristine beach, and the walk down to the sand with the falaise behind you is a scene that stays with you. We spent a week at Club Med Trancoso, Brazil, and it was an unforgettable family trip. The meals had lots of variety and were delicious, but my favorite was the fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked fish at the new restaurant LUA. The room was perfect too, clean and pretty, and the team caring for it did a thoughtful, attentive job. Between the scenery, food, and people, this place is special. I can't wait to go back. By the way, it was great for a family trip.

The kids loved the trapeze, and Mirela, Tata, and Firmino gave them such patient, dedicated attention. We had a great stay, with fantastic activities and a lovely mini club. Our family also loved the capoeira show and the live music on the beach. Definitely recommended!

We enjoyed the activities and the food was excellent, but the rooms were poorly maintained and not very clean during our four-day family stay. The staff were friendly, though they seemed undertrained and rather inefficient, and it also felt like there were fewer employees than needed. One day the path to the beach was closed because of maintenance, so we couldn't get down there. For the service we received, it was an expensive stay.
