Villa Alba

The photos had us really looking forward to renting the house, but the furniture was old and stained. The biggest disappointment was the room count. They advertise seven spacious rooms, each with a double bed, so our seven couples planned to have one room each. But one was a tiny little room barely bigger than a double bed, with no space for our bags. Maybe someone on their own who doesn’t mind being cramped could sleep there. It also smelled strongly because it was beside the laundry room. That was a rough start. Thankfully our friends offered to share their ensuite room, so it worked out in the end, but we had that stress as soon as we arrived.
