They kept the music blaring until 3 am, and we couldn't sleep. There was no consideration for guests who wanted to rest. For what you actually get, it costs too much.

The team was warm and friendly, and breakfast came with quality products. They even provide beach corks, which I loved. The inn is quite close to the Quadrado, and the beach isn't far either. The rooms were so clean and cozy I almost felt bad coming in sandy from the beach! The bed was wonderful, and so were the towels and pillows.

I stayed at the inn for one day. The rooms were clean and pleasant, but when I came back from the Quadrado, there was a party at the reception, right in the middle of the pandemic. Electronic music was blasting all night, and we couldn't sleep. I was looking for somewhere to rest, so I wouldn't recommend it for that.

We spent 7 days at Casa Maria Pousada and give it top marks across the board. The location is excellent, right beside the Quadrado de Trancoso, and the service was impeccable. Val deserves a special mention for her warm, down-to-earth Bahian manner and the care she put into making our breakfast every day. Congratulations. We'll recommend it and come back.

The accommodation was good and well equipped, and the location is excellent, very close to the Quadrado. Parking was the only challenge: I couldn't find a spot in front of the inn until the bars had closed. Apart from that, very good.
