Pousada Encantada has a lovely feel and Kelly was the best host, giving us helpful tips on beaches to visit and places to see. It’s right by the main restaurants and shops in Quadrado, and breakfast was lovely too. A wonderful experience in Trancoso.

Kelly made me feel like family and went out of her way to keep us comfortable. She’s on top of everything, and after a while I felt as if I’d known her for years. The pousada is magical, warm, relaxed, and cool, with a clean, visible kitchen. It’s very clean overall, the rooms have lots of space, and the bathrooms are spacious and good. Quadrado is very close, and most places are within walking distance. Excellent place. I’ll come back.

I first stayed here a year ago and have already returned four times. It feels like home. The rooms are clean and smell fresh, and Kelly is an amazing host. The place is just a two-minute walk from the quadrado, but quiet and far enough from the crowds and noise. Highly recommend it.
