The common spaces were always tidy, and I really liked the pool. I haven't tried the gym equipment, so I can't say how it is. The room was great apart from the mattress and pillow, which I found uncomfortable, and the cleaning was excellent. The staff treated me well from my first day through the last and paid attention to what guests needed. Leonardo and Felipe at reception helped keep things welcoming. The kitchen staff were lovely too. Since I'm vegan, I sometimes asked for things that weren't on the menu, and they patiently tried to find a way to make them for me. I'd like to come back someday. I hope breakfast might have more vegan choices, maybe one or two plant-based protein options. There was bread and cake, though unfortunately not every day. The hotel met my expectations from the start, and I had a great stay for the weekend and a few days.

It's a bit far from the center and other parts of the city, so there's not much nearby and you'll need a car or Uber to get around. The hotel itself is very nice and clean. The rooms are well cared for, the pool is always clean, and the amenities were in great condition. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially at reception. Leonardo was always smiling and ready to help. Great job, everyone! 👌

The food was amazing, and the reception service was friendly. Felipe and Gabriel especially helped me a lot throughout my stay at National Inn. I had a very good stay here.

I stayed at the hotel for a long time and was treated really well by Leonardo and Danielle. Cleonice did an excellent job cleaning my room. I recommend it.

The staff were nice, and the location is good, but the hotel seems to be losing its quality. The rooms are old and look like they're being updated. Dinner tasted reheated.
