Scarpelli Palace Hotel

Really good.

It was fine.

The staff made the biggest difference for us. The women working there were wonderful, and their kindness turned what would usually be a three-star stay into four. We also got a discount for our two children, which helped the value. The hotel looks simpler from the sidewalk than it actually is. Our room was a decent size and had what we needed, including air conditioning. There were plenty of TV channels, though the TV wasn’t smart, and breakfast was very complete. The electric shower had a good flow. Parking was spacious and felt secure, but it was on the side street and there was no indoor way into the hotel. We had to walk along a very narrow sidewalk, even though it was close. The location didn’t make the best first impression, but it didn’t spoil our stay. I don’t know the city, though, so that was just my initial impression. Recommended!

Fernanda’s service stood out, and breakfast had a good variety. The bathroom was quite grimy, with dirt stains all across the floor. They start setting up breakfast very early, but the loud talking and laughter made it impossible for us to keep sleeping.
