At 5:20, the fire alarm suddenly went off. The toilet also leaks water when you flush. For women, be aware that there seemed to be mostly men around, almost all men. The hotel is very basic for the price. The sheet smelled of sweat, and its cream color didn't help at all (I think it was cream, right?). The bathroom was very basic, and cleaning seemed superficial if you looked closely... (don't). I didn't use the blanket because it didn't feel comfortable or clean. Breakfast was basic too, and the juice was Tang with a LOT of sugar.

The breakfast had a good range of choices, and the team were friendly and efficient throughout. My wife and I felt welcome at Grande Hotel Taboão. The room was tidy, very clean, and comfortable, and the atmosphere was warm. A solid choice in the area for a work trip or a chance to unwind.
