The staff were quick to help and consistently polite, and the gym was in working order with a decent amount of equipment. I stayed four days for an English immersion event. My room was smaller than in some other hotels, though clean and fairly comfortable. There were several conference rooms in different sizes, plus some nice facilities. The karaoke songbook could use more English songs. Other hotels I've been to had a better selection, even though this is a Brazilian hotel. It was a nice stay.

The meals were great, and the gym and football court helped me avoid putting on a couple of pounds during the five-day event. The rooms were good, with air conditioning and hot showers. There are spaces in several sizes, so it's a strong spot for conferences and corporate events.

The only real hassle was that there was nowhere to heat water, so I had to ask a staff member to do it. I was there with my wife and our 1.2-year-old son. The employees were very kind, the facilities felt complete, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were tasty, though the choices were limited.

I enjoyed working at events here, and the service was great. The breakfast was wonderful too. It's a really nice hotel, and I'd like to return with my family for a weekend.

The facilities are good, though staff are sometimes hard to find. I was surprised by how seriously they take complaints and suggestions. The hotel itself is okay.
