The pool was very good, and the rooftop had a beautiful view. The building and facilities are new and good quality, and reception was friendly and available around the clock. Our room was fine, though a bit small for what I paid, especially since there are bigger rooms in the area for less. Breakfast and restaurant service were very poor. They took a long time to refill breakfast items, and the dinner we ordered arrived in three batches, 20 minutes apart, even though we were the only diners.

Our apartment was super comfortable and everything worked perfectly. The reception staff were really helpful, and Wi-Fi is available throughout the property at up to 100 Mbps. The facilities are beautiful, with pools lit up at night and a playroom on the 4th floor with ping pong, foosball, and billiards. I highly recommend it, especially for the value.

We stayed in flat 011 for two days. The place was great and the breakfast was simple but delicious, but the bed was awful, way too hard, and the pillows were just as bad. Without a good night's sleep, it affected the rest of the stay. The owners might want to add a pillow top. Two days was bearable, but for a longer visit I would have rented somewhere else. The location is excellent if you like being in the center, close to everything, including Submarino Amarelo, the boardwalk, an ice cream shop, and a kiosk. It's practically right on the beach, just a few steps away. The building is new, clean, and has wonderful facilities. They do offer free parking, but only if you're lucky enough to find an open space when you arrive. Parking is shared and rotating, and city work on the street made almost seven spots unusable, so we had to leave the car on the sidewalk outside a nearby house.

I would come back, but with some caveats. The location is easily the hotel's strongest point, close to beaches and all kinds of businesses. The shared spaces are great, and the staff were helpful and welcoming. The ground-floor rooms facing the street don't have privacy, and on weekends the bar next door plays loud music until 2 AM. The room was clean enough, though the hot tub was dirty and the pool was only so-so. Kitchen utensils are quite functional. There are also some condominium rules that aren't listed in the brochure, so it's better to ask if anything is unclear.
