New building in a good spot right by the beach.

The kitchen and apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom and shower were very nice. It's 50m from Praia Hermosa and 800m from Praia Tamandaré, in an excellent location. The new building has an infinity pool overlooking the sea. A coffee maker would be a nice addition.

A new, well-furnished apartment just a few meters from the beach.

The location is great. The building is still being developed by Brasileiro Empreendimentos, but the construction looks solid, with quality materials and highly skilled workers.
