Hotel São Nicolau

I really appreciate Anderson and everyone at the hotel. Anderson, who usually takes care of me, is very professional and attentive, and the service was excellent. I wish places like this were available in every city, but unfortunately that's not how it is. My sincere thanks to the staff and the people in charge. You're doing a great job, keep it up.

The rooms were clean, the bed was soft, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff gave us a lovely welcome, and breakfast was excellent. It's easy to get to what you need nearby, including a bank, pharmacy, and church, and it's close to tourist towns such as Campos do Jordão, Aparecida, Sul de Minas, Caraguatatuba, and São Luís de Paraitinga. I'd recommend it in Taubaté.

The price really wasn't worth it, but we stayed because we had no other option. The bathroom was awful, with plaster falling off and no shower enclosure, so bathing soaked the whole room. There was also a lot of noise from other guests, who didn't respect the people around them.

The facilities really came through for me. I was treated well, and I slept comfortably there.
