For someone who just needs a place to sleep and leave their things while enjoying the city, this worked well. The staff were kind, polite, and attentive, and the location is right downtown, across from Caixa Econômica and close to the fair, food court, steakhouse, and boat departures. The main port is also not far away. The downside was the dated building, which needs repairs. My room was small, the electrical fittings were very old, and the TV had no sound. There was no shower enclosure, the plumbing ran along the wall without any repair work, and I had to hold the toilet seat up.

The view of Lake Tefé is a nice touch, and the food at the market's restaurants is good. The hotel is spacious, clean, and right in the city center, with good service and free Wi-Fi. A good choice, and it deserves five stars.

I stayed for 10 days. The team was friendly, but the shower was cold, and there were problems with towel changes and cleaning the rooms.

Awful. The walls were dirty, there was no TV in the room, and there was no Wi-Fi. The air conditioning didn't work.

Loved it, the food was great. I totally recommend it. Just be ready to spend, haha.
