It was just okay.

I felt at home here. The staff treated me wonderfully, and the hotel is right in the city center, close to shops and everything else. The garage was easy to get into. My suite was spacious, the bed was very comfortable, and it had cable TV and air conditioning. On a winter night, that very hot shower felt wonderful! Breakfast was complete, and the place had a family feel. I highly recommend it.

The rooms are spacious, and the team deserves praise. One of the best service experiences I've had, especially thanks to Batista at reception, who was so attentive.

It's a very clean, well-organized place with good facilities and a great location. Everson (Baptista), who supervises the reception desk, always does his best to look after the guests and make sure they're satisfied. The service was really special.
