The rooms and bathroom were clean and well kept, and the staff were consistently helpful. Breakfast was good, though the choices got a bit repetitive. The shower took a while to get set to a comfortable temperature. Still, a very good place to stay while passing through town.

The room was clean, the location was good, and the Wi-Fi worked well. But the rest was disappointing. This was my second stay, and the TV only picked up three channels: Rede TV, Record and Rede Viva. I mentioned it at reception, but it was still the same when I got back from work. Breakfast had no whole wheat bread, eggs, or other savory options, so it was pretty mediocre. I also noticed there were no emergency lights in the corridors or small lights to help people get around in the dark. I think they could improve.

We'd booked ahead, but when we arrived after traveling, the hotel was simply closed. We knocked, called, and sent messages, but there was nobody there. Luckily I knew Dom Sollievo. Even without a reservation, they treated us very well.

The location is great, the rooms are comfortable, and both breakfast and service were excellent. A really good stay.

At 160,00 a night, the price didn't feel that good. The minibar was empty and could at least have had water in it and been switched on. Service was rather brusque, and the parking space out front was a mess, with guests parking any which way. Someone could be there to help. There are hotels in the area with more amenities and better rooms for less.
