The room problems were never properly resolved, and there wasn’t another room available to move to. A staff member tried to make a repair but left the bathroom unusable, with a toilet that wouldn’t flush. At check-in, I was also told the TV had broken, so there was no TV in the room. The worst part was staying in a room with a nonworking toilet and no comfort at all. The service was poor throughout. The hotel promises a lot but delivers nothing, and the price is very high for what it offers. I stayed in unsanitary conditions. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The breakfast was impeccable, and the rooms, service, and location were all great too. I highly recommend it.
