There’s a good range at breakfast, and the accommodations are cozy. The staff provided great service. The hotel is well located and easy to reach, with pharmacies, restaurants, a pizzeria, snack bars, and banks nearby.

The location and facilities could make this a good hotel, but it would take major renovations and staff training. The Wi-Fi drops constantly, the furniture is old, and some chairs are broken. The balcony door doesn’t close properly, the curtains are dirty, and the air conditioner is ancient. In the master suite, the shower only heats up if the valve near the toilet is shut, and the bathtub faucet doesn’t work. Cleaning outside the rooms is awful. Room service is poor: dirt is left for days, soap and laundry bags aren’t replaced, and they forget to collect the dirty laundry that’s been set aside. Laundry service is slow and disorganized. Breakfast is very repetitive and often missing fresh items. Staff handle the many room defects unprofessionally.

The garage is a little tight, so parking could be a problem if you’re not good at maneuvering. It wasn’t an issue for me, and if you ask the receptionist, they’ll surely park for you. The hotel is well located on Av.Parana, one of the main streets in Telêmaco Borba, close to Padaria TECS, a city landmark, and good pizzerias and restaurants. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fresh cheese bread. The team was attentive and available, and the service was very good.

You have to reactivate the room key card every day. After getting back tired from work, you go all the way up to your room, find it won’t open, then have to go back down to reception.
