The staff really stand out, they're warm and welcoming. It's an excellent hostel in a good location, with facilities that are almost perfect. The sheets are clean, and bedding and pillows are provided. Towels aren't included, but you can rent one if you don't want to bring your own. The rooms could be cleaner.
The best part of my stay at Hostel Aruba in Teresina was the service and the warm way everyone treated me. I won't name one person, because I'm sure I'd leave someone out, so congratulations to the whole team. The hostel has very good accommodation and a great location. I'll look for a room there again when I return to this much-loved capital of Piauí. Thanks for the stay and the good service!
Everything else was very good: the price, rooms, reception, and accommodations were excellent, each space nicely set up. The hostel concept works really well here, and the location is close to everything. I can't comment on the pool because it was closed for maintenance.
The place has a really good setup for both leisure and accommodation. My stay would have been great if no handball team or jiu-jitsu group had been staying there at the same time. There doesn’t seem to be enough enforcement around keeping the common areas quiet and orderly when groups like that are around.
The service was great, and the place felt calm and well organized. The location is good, the rooms are comfortable, and there’s an elevator and a shared kitchen. The room facilities are a bit dated, though, and I wish they offered cleaning service.
