The air conditioning was the only thing that worked properly, so that’s why I’d give it four stars. I had an issue with my reservation: after a six-hour drive, I arrived at 6 a.m. ready to sleep, but someone else was in my booked room. They moved me to a room with three single beds and a terrible shower. A bath with a cup of water would’ve felt less humiliating. For me, the basics at a hotel are a decent bed, working air conditioning, and a good shower.
