Great.

The only good thing was the employee's service. He was very helpful, but the rest of the place was awful. The hotel is in terrible shape, with a ceiling that looked ready to fall, leaks, mold, and dust. The bathrooms and beds were bad, and cleaning was poor throughout. There wasn't even a sheet, a mini fridge, or soap. The walls, floors, and everything else were grimy. I don't recommend staying here, and the location was so bad that I couldn't sleep. I had no other choice and needed a place to stay, but never again. Teresina isn't equipped to handle large events. If you're going for one, book early so you don't end up in this situation. The nearby hotels are even worse, and I was actually scared. They also charged more than triple because of the public service exam, trying to make money abusively. Never again.

The price is the only good thing about this hotel. My room was full of cockroaches, and I killed 11 of them, all inside the room. The attendant tried to find another room for me, but the hotel was full. The location isn't any better in that regard, since the other hotels next door have the same cockroach problem.

It's easy to find, right beside the bus station. The place felt pleasant and comfortable, with clean, nice rooms, and the breakfast was very good.
