Metropolitan Teresina

The hotel is pleasant and up to international standards, with a great room, a very good shower, and good amenities. The staff were incredibly helpful when I booked at the last minute. It's a shame that hotels in Piaui can cost more than in other Brazilian cities that attract more tourists. I'd definitely recommend Metropolitan to international guests.

For me, this is the best hotel I know in Teresina. The rooms are comfortable, the air conditioning works well, and the restaurant in the lounge makes for a pleasant stay. The hotel is well placed in the city, with restaurants, a grocery store, a pharmacy, and other places nearby. There's parking and a pool where you can cool off in the heat. The employees are very kind, and the food is good quality and served generously, though it isn't cheap. The bar also makes good Caipirinhas. It tries hard, though the hotel doesn't quite match the five-star impression created by the lounge entrance.

A very nice hotel, especially for this area. There aren't many English-speaking employees, though. After weeks in rural areas, I really appreciated the awesome showers.

The place was quiet, which made it easy to talk, and the service was professional. The food was good, too. The building is beautiful, and the dining area has lovely decorations.
