The worst experience of my life. The apartment was filthy, with spider webs and a wasp nest inside. The fridge was packed with ice and had to be defrosted while I was there, so I spent a whole day drinking warm water. Rosa, the employee, was really arrogant. I booked a longer stay but was given just one towel and a thin sheet for the whole week. After a lot of insisting and arguing, I got another towel and a sheet to cover myself. It was humiliating. The host, Hildelena, also promised things she didn't follow through on, like letting me wash clothes and hang them on the clothesline. She even stopped me from having friends and family over, saying visitors would use water and electricity. I'll post some photos of the dirt.

Srta. Rita was lovely, attentive, and very helpful. The apartment was very clean, and the appliances and kitchen items were useful, with thoughtful touches that showed her care. But the furniture was disappointing, and this particular apartment seemed to need maintenance, unlike the others. Water leaked from the shower enclosure, the handheld bidet sprayer was damaged, and the air conditioner was very noisy at full power. Sra. Rita said the unit had only recently been handed over after being used for traditional rentals, and there hadn't been time for the necessary renovations. I don't think the owner should offer it as guest accommodation until it's renovated to match the other units.

I loved how peaceful the place was and where it was located. It's in an upscale neighborhood, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and hospitals nearby. The shopping centers are close too, and I got there by Uber for just R$ 10,00. Highly recommend it.

Nice place. I stayed two days with my girlfriend. It felt safe and cozy, but there wasn't much else. No elevator, and only the bedroom has air conditioning, so the rest of the place gets pretty hot.

Really good service from both the owner and the host, Rosa, who was very helpful. The apartment was spotless and nicely kept. I'd recommend it.
