Piaui Apart Hotel

I'm very upset about how this was handled. I left a reasonably valuable item behind and was told it hadn't been found. The long wait for a response after I asked them to look for it also felt very dismissive.

The photos don't match what the hotel is actually like, so I wouldn't recommend it.

The only good part was the weekend attendant's service. The place is noisy and the rooms are dirty. During my three-day stay, nobody cleaned the room once. The air conditioner doesn't do its job, the bed is awful, and the battered mini-fridge gives you an electric shock. There's no bath mat, and the bathroom floor slopes so water runs toward the bedroom door. The faucet is faulty, and the window has neither a lock nor any protection. They advertise parking, but there isn't any. There's no breakfast or food options, the Wi-Fi is barely usable, and there aren't even any power outlets available. What a dump. Don't stay here. Absolutely terrible, zero stars!

Some rooms have very old air conditioners, though mine worked reasonably well and that didn't bother me much. There's no breakfast, and room service is practically nonexistent.
