Uchôa Teresina Hotel

The restaurant was the best part for us. The cuisine is the best in town, and we’re already craving it again. The breakfast buffet was excellent, as were lunch and dinner. We really appreciated the waiters, servers, head waiter, and the rest of the restaurant team for how they looked after us and all the other diners. This wasn’t our first stay here. On arrival, the staff welcomed us and gave us the room key, but the room itself was very basic, with two horribly uncomfortable single chairs. One was broken, and even after we told the front desk, nobody came to deal with it. There was no iron or ironing board either. We also found a one-inch moth that looked dead, and asked the front desk to clean it up. The TV’s ROKU IPTV app rarely worked properly, and casting from a phone didn’t work either. I called the front desk to ask someone to check it. By chance, it worked while the staff member was there, then stopped again soon after. At the gym, condensation from the AC unit leaves a puddle near the two treadmills, which are plugged into a 220VAC source. That’s dangerous.
