2/10
We were very disappointed with this hotel. The outside and entrance hall look beautiful, but beyond the elevators it was all dark and very dirty. The pool was poorly maintained and seemed unfit to use. Our room at the back was in terrible condition: a broken bed, no sheets, towels, or soap, and poor-quality doors held shut with a bolt. When we arrived at night, nobody came to open the doors, so we had to find our way to reception in the dark. The two employees there didn’t seem to respond when we greeted them. The equipment and rooms need better upkeep, and the hotel needs more attentive management and cleaner conditions. We wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

The staff are nice, but the cleaning could be much better. The hotel should be cleaner.
