A comfortable inn in the hills of Teresópolis, just minutes from the Feirinha and Serra dos Órgãos National Park. The staff are very friendly, and a great traditional Brazilian breakfast is included. A lovely place to stay while exploring Teresópolis’s natural beauty.

We had peaceful, really tranquil days here. The breakfast was wonderful, with each cake more delicious than the last, and Cris always treated us very well. It was a great experience, including for our three-month-old baby who came along. It was very cold, but the climate-control unit in the room worked well.

The sunrise view is spectacular, and everyone was polite and welcoming. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and breakfast was good. The hotel is near the Centro, about a four-minute Uber ride away. My only concern is accessibility: there are lots of stairs, and we had to go up several steep hills to get there. I went with my husband, but I wouldn’t have been able to bring my mother, who uses a wheelchair. Other than that, nothing to complain about.

We’ll definitely come back and recommend it. The staff were attentive and polite, and breakfast was served at a beautifully set table with a view of the landscape. They also had handmade jams made at the inn. We had a wonderful weekend. Our suite wasn’t very big, but it was cozy, with a spacious bathroom and a large, very comfortable bed. The view from our room was lovely, with sunrise over the mountains, and nature close by with birds singing.
