This was the worst lodging experience I’ve had. I arrived around 9 p.m. on January 10, 2026. The room looked tidy at first, but when I pulled back the sheets I found several insects, including cockroaches, a lizard, and one that looked like a kissing bug. There were also other small bugs on the bed and floor that looked a lot like bedbug nymphs. I left the room right away and told reception. The person in charge didn’t seem surprised and offered no solution or refund. For safety, I had to leave during the night and find somewhere else to stay. I don’t recommend it. The hygiene and pest control situation was serious. And none of the things they advertise are there. The place is falling apart.

There’s no breakfast, and parking fills up, so the night guard keeps the car keys and moves cars when needed. The room had a double bed and a trundle bed, which left very little space. We only stayed one night, and for that, I think it was worth it.

The building is old, and the mattress was much too soft. The electric shower ran out of water whenever someone in another room turned theirs on at the same time. There’s no air conditioning, and the TV only gets regular broadcast channels. I wouldn’t recommend it.

It’s close to FeirArte, but there’s no breakfast service. The Wi-Fi wasn’t good, and the TV isn’t smart and had poor reception. There’s only a tabletop fan, no air conditioning, and parking is limited.

Everything was tidy and well cared for, from the rooms to the shared areas. The bathroom was spotless, and the towels and bedding smelled fresh and had been changed properly. The location is great too, with easy access and tourist spots nearby.
