There’s just one chalet, and no breakfast.

The view of Serra is lovely, and the rest was at least okay. But the place is far from downtown and has only one room, so it felt more like a little room out back than a real inn. The owner said we’d have a shared space to ourselves, but it stays locked for a while. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30, which isn’t great when you’re visiting and want to head out early. The owner is the only staff member, and there’s no reception or anything that feels like an inn. Even delivery workers didn’t seem to know this “inn” existed. The heater burned out on the first day, and the bathroom and bedroom windows were broken.

Everything was just wonderful. Dona Regina made me feel so welcome, I can’t say enough. The chalet was really well equipped and perfect. I’ll be back with my family!
