Our family had plenty of other complaints, but after this experience I’m not sure it’s worth going into them. It was a terrible stay, and I wish the management or owners, who may not even know what’s happening, would address how poorly the place is being run. We booked four rooms for my mother’s birthday. When we arrived, Andressa at reception was as unfriendly as she could be. My mother and aunt are elderly, so we asked for their room to be downstairs, but the employee was very rude and didn’t separate the beds. Before our trip, I’d also asked for an extra bed for my daughter. It took almost a day to get a reply, and the response felt very reluctant. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8:30. My husband had a meeting at 8:30, so I asked if he could get plain coffee at 8:00. She said it was impossible, that nobody would be there until 8:30, if they showed up. Breakfast is served outside the inn, so you get rained on if the weather’s bad.
