The staff were mostly caring and helpful, though people can only do so much. This could be a luxurious vintage heritage hotel if it were properly taken care of. Instead, the gorgeous 100-year-old palace has been left without maintenance and is visibly deteriorating. Its old structure is compromised, and the towels and bed sheets are rags.

The staff are friendly, the prices are good, and the location is great. The building is a bit old, though it's maintained decently well.

The place may look a little old, but it's clean, well located, and the service is good.
