Apartment 111, where we stayed, was very good, and the owner was attentive and available. The apartments are comfortable, and the condominium is well equipped, with nice pools and parking. It's a good place to spend a day, but I wouldn't recommend it if you're looking to rest. It's on the corner of a very busy street, so there's a lot of noise in the room and around the pool.

I live here, and the place is beautiful and cozy. They said pets were allowed, but if you bring one, it has to stay inside the apartment. Pets can't go into the leisure area or anywhere else in the condominium. They might as well say pets aren't allowed.

We found Pipa Ubaia Residence comfortable and peaceful for a vacation. The location is excellent, the service is good, and the property is beautiful. I'd recommend it.
