I’m updating my review after seeing the response I received. To the owner who said I’m from another inn and am trying to bring down its ratings, that isn’t true. I only left a rating based on the terrible service and support I got, and I’m not here to prove anything. The way you react and wish bad things on customers says a lot about your professionalism and gives future guests an idea of the place they’ll be staying. To be clear, I had only left stars as my review. You replied, and then deleted your response soon after I replied to it.

Rogério, the inn’s manager, made a real difference. He welcomed our family so warmly, shared great tips for outings and restaurants, and even sent me the tide table on my phone. The staff were kind and efficient too. Everything was spotless and well cared for, from the pool to the rooms. Our room had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable, the towels were clean and smelled fresh, and the air conditioner was quiet but powerful. Breakfast had plenty of fresh options, and the location was perfect: we could walk to the beach and town in about five minutes. Fantastic!

The only thing that got in the way was the construction during my stay. I woke up to the sound of a Makita and workers right next to my room. Even so, I had a great experience and loved it. The inn is beautiful, and breakfast was wonderful. Everything felt thoughtfully chosen and well cared for.

The welcome we got started the visit off beautifully, and that feeling lasted right through checkout. We were lucky to stay here and would love to come back. The room was comfortable and fully equipped, with a family-sized hydromassage tub, strong showers, an air conditioner in perfect working order, and a brand-new minibar. The pool was spacious, spotless, and seemed heated. Breakfast was delicious, generous, and complete, and the service was impeccable. I can’t decide what I liked best, the room, pool, breakfast, or the people. A little piece of paradise in Pipa. We recommend it.
