We loved the peaceful setting and the easy shuttle to the different beaches. At Oka Da Mata, our room was gorgeous and comfortable, and the staff were patient, helpful, and accommodating when we had trouble with the language barrier. It was a magical stay and a great way to finish our Brazil trip. I’d encourage anyone to stay here.

The bed could’ve been more comfortable, and a little more variety at breakfast would’ve been nice. Still, we had a wonderful time in a beautiful place, and the service was good, especially the transport. We really enjoyed our stay!

Ivan, who drove the shuttle, was flexible and really helpful, taking us into town and out to Praia da Madeira. That was our favourite beach. We found the hotel’s beach bar there no more expensive than the other beach shacks, and it was quieter, with a great shower. The pousada is on the edge of town, with around 15 spacious rooms. Our family of two adults and two children fit comfortably. Breakfast was fantastic, with views of the good-sized pool and the sea beyond. Our kids loved having room to roam safely between the room, pool table, TV lounge, and veranda chill-out area. We’d definitely recommend Oka da Mata for a couple’s weekend or a family stay with children.

Just outside Pipa Central, this is an amazing pousada. The rooms are high quality, breakfast is great, and the staff are professional. The shuttle into town and out to the beaches works really well.
