Pousada Sol Da Pipa

Breakfast was a disaster. We went down at 8 and most things were already gone, leaving scraps and hard bread. The room was dirty and full of sand, and the bedding was genuinely filthy, stained, and sandy. The bath towels were awful too, dirty and discolored. At arrival it was overcrowded and chaotic, with a long wait to get in because no room was ready. Once we finally got into the room, the shower had a problem from the very first bath. The worst lodging experience I've ever had. Don't go if you can avoid it. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, and thank goodness I only stayed one night.

Pipa's main street is a wonderful location, with restaurants, bars, and shops near the main beaches. The room was simple and reasonably clean, and the air conditioning worked great, but the sheets were thin and stained, and the yellowed towels had marks on them. There was also a leak and mold on the bathroom ceiling. The hotel has potential and good facilities, but it needs maintenance. At 8:20, there was no cake left. When the coffee arrived, the milk was gone. Breakfast was very simple, and it could have been simple but well prepared. The employee was struggling to serve everyone and wash dishes so she could restock. I was disappointed. For the price, I wasn't expecting anything fancy, but it should be clean and properly maintained.

We were put in room 01, right by reception, so we heard the street and everyone coming and going. We barely slept. I asked to switch rooms, but the receptionist said none were available. Breakfast was included, though there wasn't much to choose from. I wouldn't recommend it or stay again. There are better places nearby for about the same price.

I enjoyed my stay and would come back. It's very close to the center, and the nearby parking lot has a partnership with the place, so parking costs almost nothing. The only things missing are a pool and its own parking.
