The air conditioner worked, the fridge was clean, and the place was fairly quiet during our two-day stay in Room 211. The pools are the main draw, with two that are fairly interesting, but they looked rundown and dirty, like the rest of the complex. The apartment itself also felt old and unclean. Its small stove barely heated, and the scratched pots and pans were so gross I didn't want to touch anything. The advertised two rooms are really one room split by a thin partition that doesn't reach the ceiling, so there's no privacy. The walk to downtown Pipa is quite far, which means driving and then dealing with parking downtown or by the beach. It wasn't worth it. Every apartment in the complex has a different owner, which I learned when I went to reception for toilet paper and a couple of extra sheets. They told me to contact the person I booked with, who lives offsite, so I got neither. This place may once have been fancy, but now it's rundown, to say the least. I won't be back, and I'll do my best to steer people away. I hope this helps.
