The reception women were attentive and helpful, to be fair, but I wouldn't recommend this place under any circumstances. The room looked as if it had never been cleaned. The bathroom was disgusting, with slime and mold, and they'd even left the previous guest's used soap on the window. The floor was filthy and grimy, nothing like the pictures. There were two dead cockroaches in the hallway. We left early and returned after 2 p.m., and they were still there. The TV didn't work. I've never stayed anywhere this bad. Just awful.

Worst hotel I've stayed in. I woke up three times during the night because the air conditioner was making noises, like there was a rat inside.

The shower was hot, the room was comfortable, and everything was clean and smelled fresh. The Minas Gerais hospitality came through from reception to the breakfast staff. Breakfast was simple but delicious, especially Cida's corn cake. I'd recommend it.

The shower was good, though it took a while to heat up. When I visited, the bed had no legs, so they gave me a discount on the room. Breakfast was basic, with few options for the price, and the pool was dirty and slimy, not fit for swimming. The parking is outside the hotel, and at night you have to ask the receptionist to open it. A very simple hotel.

An employee at hotel oliveira in Ipatinga recommended this place because that hotel was full. I had a very good stay. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is excellent, and the service is exceptional. They could improve the room finishes, but that's about it. I'd recommend it.
