The location is great if you want quiet, and when I came back late at night, the street felt safe. The pousada is only a few minutes’ easy walk from the historic center, even for someone with mobility limitations. I stayed during Trem Bier and really liked the thoughtful colonial decor, which suits the region. The rooms are spacious, including those on the first floor. There’s a solid wooden door at the breakfast room, a place to rest, and a gift shop. Breakfast is carefully prepared, and uncovered parking is included.

We had such a lovely stay at Pousada Marília de Dirceu. The breakfast was wonderful, with fresh, tasty choices and a homemade touch, and the rooms were cozy, charming, and well kept. Everyone was attentive and helpful, which made the stay feel special. After exploring Tiradentes, it was a great place to unwind. One tip: try Sabor Rural, the restaurant owned by the same people. The food is fantastic, and the atmosphere adds to the warm Minas Gerais hospitality. I’d happily stay here again!

We stayed as a family in January 2026 in a room with a whirlpool tub, and it couldn’t have gone better. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The service and breakfast were excellent, and there’s clear care in the decor, which makes the whole pousada feel attractive and pleasant. It’s also well located, about 600 meters from the center, an easy walk. I’d definitely recommend staying here.
