Pousada MG LTDA

I was looking for somewhere to stay in Tiradentes and came across this pousada. The photos looked fine and the facilities seemed okay. But when I checked the reviews on Google and another search platform, I was taken aback by how rudely the property responds to guests who complain. The replies seem completely outside the bounds of reason and basic customer-service courtesy. Review comments shouldn’t become arenas for accusations, and this only reinforces the impression of how the business treats its guests.

The location is a real plus, close to the train station and the historic center of Tiradentes. The room was spacious, the atmosphere family friendly, and the staff attentive. An excellent pousada.

My husband, our families, and I all stayed at Pousada Minas Goiás, and everyone was very happy with the experience. The staff were attentive, service was great, and everything was clean and comfortable. It’s a charming place that made us feel at home. We recommend it warmly!

I’m staying at this wonderful pousada right now. The service is exemplary and the location is excellent. It’s a lovely place, so come stay and enjoy the wonderful city of Tiradentes.
