Vila Galé Resort Touros - All Inclusive

The beach is nice, but our stay had a lot of drawbacks. The resort is crowded, the food is barely average, and the service doesn't feel personal. The pools are huge, though there's little shade around them. Rooms are small and basic, with no hotel maps or other information in the room. One morning our floor flooded because of a plumbing problem, or so we were told, and the power was out for several hours too. The room cleaning was lousy.

The hotel is new and very clean, and the service was very good. There was plenty for children to do, even with some things shut down because of the pandemic. We enjoyed having food options and snacks available throughout the day. The food was quite good, though nothing especially memorable. The pools were great, but the biggest one gets crowded and noisy. The beach was nice too, although there's a small hill between the seating area and the water, which makes it harder to sit and watch the ocean or the kids in the water.

The beach is beautiful, and the staff were all really kind. The restaurants served tasty food, and we tried Inevitavel. It's an amazing resort, with a comfortable bedroom and everything you need right there. There's lots to do for both adults and kids.

The complex is absolutely beautiful, and the staff were excellent. I really enjoyed my two-week holiday. The entertainment was terrible, though, and nobody spoke English.
