Casas e apartamentos da Ilda

The room was very nice and everything seemed new, but we felt left on our own. There was a mobile number to call if we needed anything; I asked for an iron and got no answer to my call or message. The bathroom had just one roll of toilet paper, already in use. With no reception, we had nobody to talk to. Even when the owner saw us leaving, she only spoke from a distance while we were already in the car. The inn itself is good, but the lack of help left us feeling abandoned.

The apartment was spacious, clean, and practical, just as I'd hoped. Ilda was kind and attentive. Shops and Praia dos Coqueiros and Nativos are about 500 meters away, an easy walk, and the Quadrado is under 300 meters from the place. I'd recommend Casas e Apartamentos da Ilda to anyone visiting Trancoso.

We barely needed the car: the Quadrado de Trancoso and the beach are both close enough to reach on foot, so it stayed in the garage for the whole trip. The place was very clean, the decor was lovely, and the location was spot on. We chose well.

The host was attentive from the time I booked through checkout, and the place felt safe. It was clean, roomy, and comfortable, with soft, fresh-smelling towels and sheets, a minibar, air conditioning, and a TV. The room itself was spacious and practical. Shops, restaurants, and convenience stores are nearby, and you can walk to the Quadrado. A great place to stay in Trancoso. I'd happily return and recommend it.
