I came away in love with the pousada. It’s beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable, spacious, and very clean. Breakfast was tasty, with homemade treats, and the women who prepared it were attentive and polite. Check-in was easy, and the welcome was very kind. The location is great, close to everything, with easy walks to the Quadrado in 10 minutes and the beaches in 20 minutes. The best value for money possible. I’ll definitely be back!

The place is beautiful, with a bit of a Greece feel. When we arrived, we were offered a choice of two lovely rooms and were allowed to check in early. The bed and bathroom were both quite large, and the shower area was huge. On our first morning, some very cute marmosets came by while we had breakfast. The breakfast area is beautiful, and breakfast was generous. The one thing I didn’t really like was that the scrambled eggs I ordered came out very greasy.

The room was spacious and breakfast was good. There’s no reception, so it’s a good idea to message them before you arrive.
