The people at Perainda made our last day of honeymoon in Trancoso feel special. Everyone was friendly and attentive, often anticipating what we needed, and the place felt like home. The rooms were cozy, the amenities impeccable, and the food and drinks were great and fairly priced compared with what I've seen in most hotel restaurants. We also loved the beautiful decor and artwork, which showed great taste without feeling overdone. We hadn't found anything in our original budget after searching outside the main square, but we're glad we found it anyway. And Salsicha, the cutest dachshund, was a highlight of our stay.

The staff take such care of you, even setting the table for room service, and the food and drinks are reasonably priced. The rooms are nicely decorated, the bed feels like a cloud, and everyone is happy to help. Breakfast and afternoon tea are included, with a lovely boutique feel. There's a very good reason the place has only five-star reviews so far. 11/10 😃

Daniel and the whole staff were fantastic, and the service was easily the friendliest and most attentive I've had at the high-end places I've stayed in Brazil. They were glad to arrange rides and reservations, and their recommendations for places to go and restaurants were top notch. The food was excellent too. It felt like staying with good friends, not people we'd just met. I loved everything about the stay and can't wait to come back!

Daniel, Alexandre, Virgilio, and the rest of the team made us feel so welcome. Casa de Perainda and the rooms were beautiful and comfortable, and breakfast was a real treat. What a wonderful stay, thank you!

The food is great, and the beautiful facilities are full of artwork. Everything feels carefully done with love, so staying at Casa de perainda is an experience in itself. Alexandre and Virgilio are fantastic hosts and always available. They're expanding the hotel to add a spa, so if you can't stay, try going for the spa. I loved it and hope I can come back for a stay soon.
