We stayed in January this year and had an excellent time. Cleanliness was a 10! The kitchen is shared, but it's a roomy, open, comfortable area. It's a peaceful place where you can really relax, and we loved the mascot too. A perfect 10!
My flight was canceled, so I’m trying to cancel my stay, but I haven’t been able to get anyone to answer for days. The only reply I got was that the person was sick and could respond once they felt better.
They canceled our stay just a few days beforehand. I’d already paid for my tickets to Troncoso, and now I can’t stay there. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. WARNING.
The access is awful, it’s far from the beach and feels dangerous. There’s nothing there except masonry. Horrible.
Such a pleasant place. I had a lovely Christmas night there.
